Risks

Stock tokens, project tokens and EVE can lose value. Initial liquidity being locked does not guarantee a price, liquidity depth or the ability to sell at a quoted amount. Project market prices are set by their pools, not by the fundraising target.

The 5% contribution cap applies per wallet, not per person. Creator tax applies to pools using the LEVELPAD fee hook; transfers and pools created elsewhere without that hook do not automatically pay it.

Underlying asset issuers, bridges, price feeds and Robinhood Chain are external dependencies. Asset freezes, transfer restrictions, upgrades, pauses or service interruptions can prevent transfers even when the project contracts preserve the recorded entitlement.

A stock adapter can use an older published price when the market is closed. Displayed dollar values may therefore lag the market. Do not treat an estimate as an executable quote.

Blockchain transactions cannot be undone by the website. A valid but mistyped payout wallet cannot be changed after creation. Read the four trading rules before participating, including the treatment of over-limit and invalid-increment payments.
